... Wind chill warning remains in effect from 6 PM this evening to
12 PM CST Saturday...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST this
afternoon...

Strong winds and very cold temperatures are expected to result in
bitter wind chill readings of 25 to 35 below zero today... and 35 to 45
below by early Saturday morning. Under these conditions... frost
bite of exposed skin could occur in less than 15 minutes. If you
must be outside... dress appropriately... especially covering
hands... face... and head.

A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and
strong winds will create dangerously low wind chill values. This
could result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions
are not taken.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
When you venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and gloves.
