Dodong Nemenzo

I JUST learned that my favorite University of the Philippines president, Dr. Francisco Nemenzo has been charged with rebellion by Pres. Aroyo and is being arraigned on Nov. 13. I wish I were home to show him my support. I'm sure Dr. Nemenzo is no stranger to politicians being upset with him: he was an activist during the Marcos dictatorship. But this charge really angers me because it is so ridiculous and it could mean life imprisonment for him.
